Springfield Plastic Surgery

Springfield is a community located in Central Region of Arkansas, where the state’s capital and largest city – Little Rock - is also located. Along with North Little Rock, the said city forms the vibrant heart of Arkansas. The central region’s other significant cities include Conway, Searcy and Cabot.

Amidst a cosmopolitan mix of historic attractions, seemingly infinite shopping opportunities, fine dining, nightlife, creative arts and ritzy hotels, these cities are overran by some of the best Arkansas plastic surgery clinics around specializing in Botox® Treatment, brow lift surgery, laser skin resurfacing and other techniques to combat wrinkle formations; liposuction, tummy tuck and other procedures to treat problem areas like the abdomen, legs, thighs and hips; new techniques like facial implants and facial liposuction; and, plastic surgery for men.

Springfield is so ubiquitous a town name in America that it was used to christen the fictional town of “The Simpsons”. This name is used in 34 different states, with at least four towns using it in Wisconsin, and no fewer than nine in Pennsylvania.

Historically speaking, the first ever community to use the name was Springfield, Massachusetts. It is the largest among all cities with the moniker in common. Nevertheless, Springfield, Illinois, is the only state capital to have such designation.

Some are metropolises like in Massachusetts; some so small they have no bearing whatsoever on state affairs, such as Arkansas’ Springfield.

Historical Attractions side by side plastic surgery in Springfield, Arkansas

Let it be known that Central Arkansas was the first to admit the first African-American students -- in 1957 by Little Rock Central High School. The school is now a National Historic Site and major US Civil Rights landmark.

Indeed, Central Arkansas is not all ruckuses, what with the hush of historic attractions dotting it from countryside to cityscape.

Old State House Museum is one of this region’s must-see historic destinations. Since it is housed in the oldest surviving state capitol west of the Mississippi River, the museum has been designated a National Historic Landmark. In more recent times though, the structure is memorable to many an American for hosting President Clinton’s 1992 and 1996 election victory celebrations.

In resplendent Greek-Revival style, the structure houses a multimedia museum of Arkansas history that contains nationally esteemed holdings of Civil War battle flags, inaugural gowns of governors’ wives, Arkansas art pottery, and African-American quilts. At present, the Arkansas State Capitol is relegated to a neoclassical building located in downtown Little Rock.

Set in the state's oldest neighborhood, Historic Arkansas Museum is another attraction in Central Arkansas. With four original Little Rock dwellings to its name, this neighborhood just falls short of a real time warp in early Arkansas, complete with costumed actors portraying early Arkansans.

The 311-foot submarine named the USS Razorback is berthed in North Little Rock. This vessel was present in Tokyo Bay at the signing of the Peace Treaty ending World War II. Named after the whale species, it holds distinction as the only vessel to have earned battle ribbons in World War II and Vietnam War.

Located in Little Rock’s historic MacArthur Park, Arkansas Arts Center is a first-class facility with an internationally recognized collection of drawings dating from the Renaissance to the present.

As for a tinge of life in the Old South, tourists in Central Arkansas would delight in the communities of Scott and Keo.

Modern Attractions

In late 2004, the Clinton Presidential Center and Park opened with great fanfare as fit of America's 12th Presidential Library. Situated on the banks of the Arkansas River in the River Market District of downtown Little Rock, the $160 million dollar structure contains 20,000 square feet of library, which houses the largest collection of presidential papers and artifacts in US history and an authentic replica of the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room.

As for wildlife exhibits, Central Arkansas has the nationally accredited Little Rock Zoo. Sprawling for 40 acres, this zoological garden offers refuge for over 700 mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians representing 170 species, some of which are on the endangered list.

Little Rock, the premier city that it is, is the hub of every important thing to the state. It could get labyrinthine in this city though, but River Market District offers a condensed route through town.

All one wants to find is here - restaurants, shops, art galleries, bars and a farmer’s market, among others. Ottenheimer Market Hall alone has more than 17 permanent merchants who offer specialties such as pastries, coffee, barbecue, fresh-cut flowers, gourmet and ready-to-go food.
